Build Personal Credit the RIGHT WAY

Would you like to have a credit score of 750 or greater?

If your answer to that is YES, you are like 1000's of people that I have met over the years, who say they would like a 750+ credit score, but not many have it.

A "very poor" credit score is considered by FICO to be in the 300 - 579 range.

In the United States the following is the AVERAGE credit scores by age:

• 18 - 23 ------ 674
• 24 - 39 --------680
• 40 - 55 ------- 699
• 56 - 74 ------- 736
• 75+ --------- 758

As you can see the average scores go up as people get older. the issue though is many of the people who follow my company on our social sites, are not close to these averages.

While these averages are nice 40% of the people in the following states have credit below prime:

• Alabama
• Arkansas
• Georgia
• Kentucky
• Louisiana
• Mississippi
• Nevada

• New Mexico
• Oklahoma
• South Carolina
• Tennessee
• Texas
• West Virginia

This is terrible and because credit for so many is below prime, you pay higher interest rates.

People who are considered poor in the United States have less available credit on their cards, as they spend more available credit and have less money to pay down their balances.

With all that said many have credit cards with 30% APR and above and with balances of 10k or more, those interest charges add up.
